Full Job Description

About the role:

We're growing our crew of casual landscape labourers to support commercial landscape construction projects across the greater Adelaide region. As a labour hire business, you'll be placed with our clients on a variety of project sites - giving you exposure to different environments, teams, and challenges.

Work is offered on a casual, as-needed basis. For those who perform well and represent our brand professionally, ongoing work opportunities are available as our client base grows.

Key responsibilities:

Carry out planting, turf laying, mulching, and edging works
Assist with irrigation and drainage system installation
Perform paving, concreting, and blockwork to specification
Conduct site set-out, preparation, and general housekeeping
Support other trades and site personnel as directed
Operate hand tools and small machinery safely
Adhere to all WHS procedures and report hazards promptly
Represent Vanguard Labour professionally on all client sites

Requirements:

Valid White Card (construction induction card) - essential
Current South Australian driver's licence - essential
Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
Smartphone to access our rostering and timesheet app
Strong commitment to safety, site conduct, and punctuality
Previous experience is advantageous but not essential
Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
