About MashCare

MashCare is a Melbourne-based platform connecting families with trusted local support workers across aged care, babysitting, and tutoring services. We are focused on making it easier for families to access reliable, flexible support within their community.

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable independent contractors to join the MashCare platform. This is a flexible opportunity ideal for individuals looking to manage their own schedule, set their own rates, and work within their local area.

You will have the opportunity to connect directly with families seeking support in:

Aged care assistance (non-clinical support)
Babysitting and childcare
Tutoring (primary, secondary, or specialised subjects)

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
Ability to work independently
Relevant experience in aged care, childcare, or tutoring (preferred)
Working With Children Check (for babysitting/tutoring roles)
Police Check (preferred)
