About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy retail showroom. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales performance, and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry through to final sale.
Manage the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring exceptional presentation standards.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to maximise results.
Recruit, train and develop team members to build a positive and high-performing culture.
Oversee rostering, leave management and team productivity.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve escalated issues professionally and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety requirements.
Maintain accurate administration and reporting processes.

About You

Previous experience in a retail management or showroom leadership role.
Proven ability to lead teams and drive sales growth.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Highly organised with strong time management skills.
Ability to analyse performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
A positive, proactive and results-driven approach.
Experience within furniture, homewares, appliances, or other big-ticket retail environments will be highly regarded.
