Description:
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes customers into the showroom and guides them through one of the most exciting parts of their home or renovation journey.
Whether they’re updating a bathroom, building a new home, or refreshing a living space, you’ll provide expert advice, genuine care, and tailored product solutions to help them make confident decisions. From builders and renovators to everyday homeowners, no two customers - or days - are ever the same.
Reporting to the Store Manager, this role is a great mix of customer connection, consultative selling, and showroom excellence. You’ll assist with customer enquiries, process sales and orders accurately, follow up quotes and opportunities, and help maintain a beautiful showroom that inspires every customer who walks through the door.
