About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy retail showroom. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales performance, and developing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry through to final sale.
- Manage the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring exceptional presentation standards.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to maximise results.
- Recruit, train and develop team members to build a positive and high-performing culture.
- Oversee rostering, leave management and team productivity.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve escalated issues professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate administration and reporting processes.
About You
- Previous experience in a retail management or showroom leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive sales growth.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organised with strong time management skills.
- Ability to analyse performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- A positive, proactive and results-driven approach.
- Experience within furniture, homewares, appliances, or other big-ticket retail environments will be highly regarded.

Pay: $58,289.79 – $102,716.44 per year
