Full Job Description

Specialist Endodontist Practice with state of the art specialist practice on Canning Highway, Applecross. The practice is limited to Endodontics and primarily referral based. It is a brilliant opportunity for the right candidates who want to improve their skillset, grow professionally and be a part of a specialist team with expansive roles in the future.

Position is open for both part time or full time ( minimum 4 days a week: Monday to Thursday or full time).

Qualifications & experience

Higher School Certificate or equivalent with high level of communication skills in English
Additional qualifications in medical/dental reception or experience
Competent with MS office and Computer savvy. Additional office and general marketing skills will be highly regarded.

Tasks & responsibilities

Greet patients and prepare them for scheduled dental procedures;
Provide the practice with administrative assistance, including the maintenance and re-stock of dental and office supplies;
Prepare accounts and collect payments in accordance with the practice's policies and procedures
Schedule appointments for patients and maintain detailed records of patient's treatments and manage referrals coming for all other dental practices times liaising with both patients and other practices.
Administrative duties like liaising with other dental practices, organising other related work that involves managing repairs and maintenance involving the practice.
Help dental nurses with sterilising dental instruments and general cleaning and maintenance of the practice on a daily basis.
