Duties Include:
- Receive and welcome patients into the clinic, assist elderly/disabled clients
- Manage bookings (Cliniko) via phone, email, in-person, or through our AI reception platform.
- Handle HICAPS, EFTPOS and account payments
- Sterilise podiatry instruments
- Purchase and organise stock
- Other duties as directed by podiatrist/owner
Must Haves:
- Communication: Excellent typing/writing skills for emails and correspondences with patients and medical professionals
- Attitude: A welcoming and charismatic personality to communicate with patients as well as a problem solving, can-do attitude
- Transport: Reliable transport to Manning, 6152
Preferred:
- Reception experience (allied health/medical preferred)
- University student looking for a flexible position (preferably in early stages in your degree)
- Experience with Wix or similar website management tools.
Other Details:
- Starting with 2 days a week with options for more hours depending on clinic schedule
- 8:30am to 5pm work day
- Flexible schedules may be discussed
Pay: $27.79 – $28.00 per hour

- Manning WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
