About Ramsay Visuals

We're a fast-growing marketing agency producing high-end content and running paid advertising strategies for businesses across Melbourne and beyond. We go on-site, we shoot, we produce - and we help businesses build brands that attract better customers and dominate their local market. 150+ projects delivered, 50+ businesses served, and we're just getting started.

About the role

This role is built for someone who genuinely loves content, marketing, and the craft of making things that actually work.

This is a casual role with a potential pathway to part-time or full-time for the right person.

You'll be out across Melbourne every month, on location with 20+ clients, producing video and photo content alongside our existing production team. You'll also coordinate with our post-production team, contribute to project strategy, and grow in an environment that moves fast and rewards initiative.

What you'll be doing

Producing video and photo content on-site at client locations across Melbourne
Managing and coordinating projects with our post-production (editing) team
Contributing to scripting and content strategy across our client base
Collaborating on advertising and business development content for our own brand growth
Opportunities to grow into further roles as your experience develops

Who we're looking for

Someone with a genuine interest in content, marketing, social media, and branding
Confident, motivated, and ready to back themselves - we're growing fast and want people who want to grow with us
Production and directing experience.
Available to travel across Melbourne suburbs for regular shoot days
