Sydney Based | Part-Time or Contract | 2–3 Days Per Week

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Videographer / Photographer to join Get Cultured Agency.

We’re flexible on how this role is structured and are open to either part-time employment or ongoing contract work across 2–3 days per week, depending on the right person.

If you’re a motivated and passionate creative who loves producing social-first content, this could be the role for you.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with our Creative Director and Marketing Coordinator to create impactful photo and video content for a range of clients across industries including construction, property, hospitality and professional services.

The role will involve a mix of content shoots, on-site production and post-production, with work spanning social media, campaigns, projects and events. The right candidate should be up to date with relevant social media trends and video concepts.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Film engaging social media content across brands, projects, events and campaigns, including interviews, testimonials, behind-the-scenes and on-site content.
Capture high-quality photography for social media, campaigns, websites and other marketing material.
Manage post-production including footage selection, editing, sequencing, colour grading and audio.
Edit content specifically for social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.

About You

2–3+ years of experience in videography, photography or content creation preferred.
Strong understanding of filming and editing specifically for social media.
A well-rounded creative who is confident producing both photo and video content.
Editing and post-production skills.
A valid driver's licence and flexibility to travel to client locations across Sydney.

Highly regarded: Previous agency experience or experience producing social-first content for brands.
