Sydney Based | Part-Time or Contract | 2–3 Days Per Week
An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Videographer / Photographer to join Get Cultured Agency.
We’re flexible on how this role is structured and are open to either part-time employment or ongoing contract work across 2–3 days per week, depending on the right person.

About the Role
You’ll work closely with our Creative Director and Marketing Coordinator to create impactful photo and video content for a range of clients across industries including construction, property, hospitality and professional services.
The role will involve a mix of content shoots, on-site production and post-production, with work spanning social media, campaigns, projects and events. The right candidate should be up to date with relevant social media trends and video concepts.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Film engaging social media content across brands, projects, events and campaigns, including interviews, testimonials, behind-the-scenes and on-site content.
- Capture high-quality photography for social media, campaigns, websites and other marketing material.
- Manage post-production including footage selection, editing, sequencing, colour grading and audio.
- Edit content specifically for social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
About You
- 2–3+ years of experience in videography, photography or content creation preferred.
- Strong understanding of filming and editing specifically for social media.
- A well-rounded creative who is confident producing both photo and video content.
- Editing and post-production skills.
- A valid driver's licence and flexibility to travel to client locations across Sydney.
Highly regarded: Previous agency experience or experience producing social-first content for brands.
