The Opportunity
We are expanding our production roster and looking for talented visual creators across all skill levels.
Whether you are an experienced freelancer with open weekday slots, a weekend wedding photographer or videographer who wants steady weekday work, or someone early in their career with a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.
What We Offer
Varied, exciting projects. You will shoot everything from large scale infrastructure and industrial sites through to corporate testimonials and commercial spaces.
Flexible engagement. Pick the arrangement that suits you:
- Subcontractor / Freelancer — ad hoc, project based day rates
- Permanent Part-Time (Mon to Fri) — guaranteed weekday hours, ideal if you already have weekend wedding or event work
- Full-Time — for the right person wanting a career home

Training provided. We train the right candidates on our full workflow, our specific shooting styles and our site safety standards.
What We Are Looking For
- Capability in video capture, photography, or hybrid shooting
- Reliability, punctuality and a professional client facing attitude
- Experience in real estate or construction is a bonus but not essential. Attitude and a keen eye come first.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Your own production gear (camera, lenses, audio and so on)
- An active portfolio, showreel or Instagram page showing your work
