Additional information

These roles are Permanent, Part-time, 40hrs/fortnight

As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts.
You have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
As part of the recruitment process this role requires a pre-employment check, which includes a medical assessment.

Team vision (text) As Customer Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Assisting customers with loading items into their vehicles
Collecting trolleys from around the IKEA store and carpark to ensure we always have them available to use
Supporting other areas of Customer Relations including resolving customer service issues, processing transactions, maintaining shopping tools (shopping baskets, trolleys, and yellow bags) and catalogues
Ensuring customers have a positive final touchpoint during the IKEA shopping experience
