Full Job Description

We are Tiger Dumpling Group — a growing hospitality group specializing in handmade dumplings and authentic Asian cuisine. We currently operate four stores across Perth. With our business expanding, we are now looking for a reliable Kitchen Hand to join Tiger Dumpling Waikiki & Dumpling Tales Wellard.

Location (Multi-site)

Waikiki WA 6169 & Wellard WA 6170

Pay Rate

Up to $30/hour (depending on experience and performance)

Work Hours

Flexible shifts, negotiable

Responsibilities

Assist chefs with daily food preparation and kitchen tasks
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, utensils, and equipment
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Support smooth daily kitchen operations

Requirements

Hardworking and reliable
Previous kitchen experience preferred, but not essential (training provided)
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must hold a valid visa with work rights
