About the Role
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering quality meals while maintaining exceptional food safety and hygiene standards. From hearty breakfasts and lunches to catering and freshly made sweet treats, no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast and lunch service
- Create fresh baked goods and sweet treats
- Organise, prepare, and deliver catering orders
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
About You
You are a motivated hospitality professional who thrives in a busy kitchen environment and takes pride in producing great food and service.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2–4 years' experience (or more) in a commercial kitchen, café, catering, or similar environment
- Confidence preparing a variety of meals independently
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- A positive attitude and strong team focus
- A Food Handling Supervisor Certificate
- Availability to work Monday to Friday only
