About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Governance Business Partner to join our Governance team in a permanent part-time position, working 3 days per week.

Reporting to the Clinical Governance Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to use your skills, clinical experience and attention to detail to help shape the quality and safety of services across CSI.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Enrolled Nurse (EN) looking to step away from hands-on clinical work while continuing to use their clinical knowledge to support clients from a governance, quality and safety perspective.

You will help ensure our clients receive safe, high-quality and person-centred care by identifying risks, maintaining accurate information, supporting governance and compliance processes, and contributing to continuous improvement.

Working closely with leaders across the organisation, you will support governance frameworks, risk and compliance registers, quality systems, audits, accreditation, incident management, reporting and data entry.

Key Responsibilities

Support and maintain governance, compliance and quality management systems.
Assist with audits, accreditation activities and continuous improvement projects.
Monitor incidents, risks and trends to help improve client outcomes and service quality.
Maintain accurate governance, risk and compliance registers.
Prepare reports and analyse data to support organisational decision-making.
Ensure documentation, records and data entry are completed accurately and efficiently.
Support compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, Aged Care requirements and relevant legislation.
Work collaboratively with leaders across the organisation to strengthen quality and governance practices.
Contribute to a culture focused on safety, accountability and excellence in care.

About You

You are highly organised, detail-focused and passionate about ensuring people receive safe and high-quality care.

You may be an Enrolled Nurse looking for a new direction, an experienced healthcare professional wanting to transition away from clinical practice, or someone with existing governance, quality or compliance experience.

You enjoy working with data and documentation, have a strong eye for detail and take pride in ensuring information is accurate. You are also confident identifying issues, asking questions and looking for ways to improve systems and processes.

Most importantly, you want your work to have a genuine impact on the people we support.

Key Skills & Experience

Certificate IV, Diploma or tertiary qualification in Nursing, Quality, Risk Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Experience in governance, quality, compliance, clinical administration or similar roles.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Excellent administrative and data entry skills.
Ability to analyse information, identify trends and prepare reports.
Understanding of quality improvement, risk management and compliance principles.
Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, Aged Care Quality Standards or similar frameworks (desirable).
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Understanding of clinical terminology and common health conditions (desirable).
A genuine commitment to client safety and person-centred care.
