The Role
The Network Relationship and Development Manager for licenced parks will represent the G’day Parks and Discovery Parks Brands. You will seek out new licenced park members to grow the member park network and focus on retaining existing park members through the delivery of excellent customer service, support and driving ongoing ROI to the businesses.
This role ensures that each of our valued customers experience high quality service and support when they join our network of parks.
A key focus of this role is to develop and manage licensee relationships and to assist members with building their business through Digital sales, Rewards Membership growth, Operational improvement and Network engagement
Your key responsibilities will include:

Develop and manage existing licensee relationships

Proactively identify and attract new licensee’s / parks into the network

Develop and implement point of sales activities in network parks designed to grow Rewards Membership sales through parks

Proactively identify new business opportunities ie: promote the G’day Parks Operational Consulting services to licensee network members

Identify and develop strategic partnerships

Actively participate in industry development events at a state and national level

Provide market, industry and competitive analysis and stay informed on competitive products in the marketplace

Proactively represent the G’day Parks and Discovery Parks Brands

Your Experience
You will have strong experience in Sales, Management, Marketing, Communications or relevant field will be highly regarded. You will have tourism and sales, operations and business development experience with the ability to build and maintain relationships at senior corporate levels.
You will be a leader with strong strategic, customer focus and analytical capabilities. You will be customer-centric, and goal orientated with proven senior level negotiation skills.
You will be technologically savvy with the ability to operate multiple programs in conjunction with one another and be highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently. You will have excellent communication skills, high EQ and ability to interpret members needs and satisfaction.
