Your New Role
Lead the configuration, optimisation and support of G’day Group’s Workday and Adaptive Planning platforms. As the SME, you’ll drive system improvements, integrations, reporting, releases and complex issue resolution, partnering with Finance, Technology and Operations to deliver scalable solutions and mentor analysts.

Workday & Adaptive Planning SME: Own configuration, optimisation, governance and best-practice use across both platforms.

Integrations, Data & Reporting: Manage integrations, data quality, reporting, dashboards and secure data governance.

Business Analysis & Process Improvement: Translate business needs into scalable solutions that simplify, standardise and automate processes.

Release, Testing & Change Delivery: Lead releases, enhancements, testing, UAT, deployments and change documentation.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Partner with Finance, business stakeholders and vendors while mentoring analysts and driving continuous improvement.

Business-As-Usual (BAU) Support : Provide day-to-day BAU support for Workday Finance and Workday Adaptive Planning, managing incidents, service requests, troubleshooting activities and user enquiries in line with agreed service levels.
Your Skills and Experience

Workday Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in Workday configuration, administration, security, reporting, integrations and release management.

Adaptive Planning: Experience administering Workday Adaptive Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, workforce and financial planning.

Business & Data Analysis: Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, reporting and stakeholder facilitation skills.

Technical & Vendor Management: Proven ability to troubleshoot integrations, resolve complex issues and manage vendor/support escalations.

Qualifications & Attributes: IT/Business Systems degree or equivalent experience, with a technical mindset, strong communication, customer focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
