Lead a statewide program empowering female entrepreneurs across NSW
Full time 2-year fixed term opportunity based at our City Campus

As Manager, Female Leadership & Innovation Program (FLIP), you will lead the design and delivery of a statewide pre-accelerator program that supports women, including those who do not yet see themselves as founders, to build capability, validate their ideas and progress into entrepreneurship.

Partnering with the University of New England, Charles Sturt University and our philanthropic partner, you will play a key role in delivering a high-impact, government-funded initiative that strengthens participation and outcomes for women across regional and metropolitan NSW.

In this role you will:

Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of multiple FLIP cohorts, including participant recruitment, program facilitation, and showcase events.
Coordinate program operations across workshops, coaching pods, mentors, and learning platforms, including travelling across NSW to deliver in-person sessions and collaborate with partners.
Build and maintain effective partnerships with universities, community organisations, and stakeholders, while overseeing funder engagement and reporting obligations.
Support participants through coaching, guidance, and connections to networks, resources, and further accelerator opportunities.
Engage and grow I2N's ecosystem of mentors, female founder networks, industry partners and community organisations to enrich the program and create pathways for participants beyond FLIP.

This fixed term position is full time and will be located at the City Campus (Awabakal land).

How will you inspire us?

You will have:

Proven experience in program management and facilitation, with the ability to coordinate complex, multi-stream initiatives and deliver to deadlines.
Experience executing successful recruitment campaigns and delivering programs informed by data and insights.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a track record of working effectively across diverse partners and geographically dispersed audiences.
A genuine commitment to advancing gender equity, with experience supporting women to build confidence, capability, and leadership within professional or entrepreneurial settings.
Experience with data collection, reporting and CRM tools, with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
The ability to travel across NSW as required.
