The Boatrowers Hotel & Harbourside Bistro & Grill are looking for some great people to join our team!
We currently have casual positions available for:
SENIOR FRONT OF HOUSE –
We’re looking for an experienced Senior FOH team member who can confidently lead a busy bistro service, provide great customer service and support our junior team.
✅ Previous hospitality & front of house experience essential
✅ Confident leading and supporting a team during service
✅ Strong customer service and communication skills
✅ Organised and able to work well under pressure
✅ Reliable, motivated and able to lead by example
✅ Night, weekend & public holiday availability
CASUAL BAR STAFF –
We’re looking for experienced bartenders who are confident behind the bar, friendly with customers and enjoy working in a busy local pub.
✅ Previous bar/hospitality experience preferred
✅ Current NSW RSA & RCG
✅ Friendly, confident and great with customers
✅ Reliable and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
✅ Able to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Night, weekend & public holiday availability
