Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager / Financial Analyst to oversee project delivery while providing financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting support. This role combines project coordination with strong financial oversight to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, and financial reports.
Track project costs, expenses, and resource allocation against approved budgets.
Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
Support monthly and quarterly reporting, including KPI dashboards and management updates.
Identify risks, issues, and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and monitor progress.
Ensure accurate documentation, governance, and compliance with internal policies.
Assist with business cases, investment analysis, and post-implementation reviews.

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Project Management, or related field.
3–5+ years of experience in project management, financial analysis, or PMO roles.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
Experience with project tracking, reporting, and stakeholder management.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, ERP, or financial systems is an advantage.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
Experience in finance, consulting, operations, or corporate project environments.
Familiarity with financial modeling, business cases, and portfolio reporting.

Pay: $56.00 – $70.00 per hour
