Job Summary
The Project Manager / Financial Analyst is responsible for leading project delivery while also providing financial planning, analysis, and reporting support. This role combines project coordination, budget tracking, forecasting, and performance analysis to help ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Build and maintain project plans, status updates, and action logs.
- Track budgets, forecasts, actuals, and variances across projects.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles.
- Analyze project performance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, accounting, and leadership.
- Assist with resource planning, cost control, and scenario analysis.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise way.
- Maintain documentation, reporting standards, and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in project management, financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills; experience with ERP, BI, or project management tools preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across teams.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management certification such as PMP, CAPM, or similar.
- Experience with FP&A, business partnering, or project-based financial tracking.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or financial modeling.
- Experience in consulting, construction, healthcare, financial modeling.
- Experience in consulting, construction, healthcare, finance, or operations environments.
Pay: $35.00 – $54.00 per hour
