Full Job Description

The purpose of this role is to provide high-quality administrative, financial, human resource and information management support to the Central Digital Partnership Team, ensuring the efficient operation of ICT services that support frontline healthcare delivery.

What you'll do

In this role you will coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and events, provide administrative support to geographically dispersed teams, undertake procurement and financial administration activities including accounts payable and receivable, support human resource processes and establishment management, maintain records and information management systems, assist with asset management activities, provide customer-focused support to internal stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the business unit.

About you

We are searching for someone who:
Has experience in administration, business support or office coordination roles
Has knowledge of finance, procurement, records management or human resource processes
Can manage multiple priorities and work independently
Has strong organisational and time management skills
Has excellent communication and customer service abilities
Is proficient in Microsoft Office and business systems
