Full Job Description

Are you a skilled and reliable On-Site Supervisor with a proven track record in commercial/civil construction? We’re looking for a motivated professional to join our growing team and take the lead on exciting residential development projects.

About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, managing trades and subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations on site
Coordinate trades, materials, and schedules
Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
Maintain quality control standards
Report progress to project managers and stakeholders

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience as an on-site supervisor
Proven experience in commercial/civil construction
Strong knowledge of construction methods, compliance, and safety
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the go
White Card, relevant tickets/licenses

Join Us:

Mid July start

Accommodation will be provided if required

Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: $160,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year
