You’ll report in to the Site Manager and help to manage:

A large-scale site with 300 homes to be built over the next 4+ years

Up to 60 homes at different stages of construction

Contractors, labourers, and plant operators
-
Scheduling and coordination via Onsite Companion

Site set-up, framing, and through to handover — depending on your skills
Your focus: keep trades moving seamlessly from one house to the next by ensuring everyone is ready, scheduled, and productive.

Trade qualification (carpentry preferred)

A current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence

Proven experience in production/volume residential construction

Strong people leadership, planning, and communication skills
-
OH&S knowledge and commitment to safety
-
Tech confidence (construction software)
-
A valid driver’s licence
-
Proactive, hands-on approach — someone who leads from the front
