Are you a skilled and reliable On-Site Supervisor with a proven track record in commercial/civil construction? We’re looking for a motivated professional to join our growing team and take the lead on exciting residential development projects.
About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, managing trades and subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations on site
- Coordinate trades, materials, and schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
- Maintain quality control standards
- Report progress to project managers and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an on-site supervisor
- Proven experience in commercial/civil construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, compliance, and safety
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the go
- White Card, relevant tickets/licenses
