At Horizon Power, we're shaping the future of energy across regional Western Australia. We’re seeking Expressions of Interest for a highly capable Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership and enables Executives and senior leaders to perform at their best.

Working closely with an Executive General Manager and Senior Leadership Team, you'll bring exceptional organisation, sound judgement and a proactive mindset to manage priorities, drive governance and support strategic outcomes

How You'll Make an Impact

Partner with senior leaders to maximise focus, productivity and performance.
Manage complex priorities, schedules and competing demands with confidence and precision.
Drive high-quality governance through meeting coordination, reporting, action tracking and executive support.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Anticipate challenges, identify risks and proactively deliver solutions.

The Capability We're Looking For

Proven significant experience supporting senior executives in a complex corporate, government or utility environment.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive, outcomes-focused approach with strong accountability.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Sound judgement, professionalism and discretion.
The confidence and credibility to operate as a trusted partner to senior leaders.

You are highly organised, proactive and driven. You take ownership, anticipate what's needed before being asked and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes. You create capacity for leaders to focus on strategic priorities by ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
