The City of Vincent is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant Community and Business Services to provide high-level support to our Executive Director Community and Business Services and play a key role in supporting one of the City's most dynamic Directorates.

- Base salary of up to $96,988 per annum, depending on qualifications and relevant experience

As the Executive Assistant Community and Business Services, you'll be at the centre of a Directorate that delivers services and projects that make a real difference to our community. About the Role
Reporting to the Executive Director Community and Business Services, you will provide confidential, professional and proactive executive support in a fast-paced and politically sensitive environment.
You will play a key role in:
- Managing executive workflows, calendars and priorities
- Coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes and action follow-up
- Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations and briefing material
- Supporting Council agenda preparation and Council reporting processes
- Managing enquiries from Councillors, residents, staff and external stakeholders
- Monitoring and coordinating sensitive and time-critical matters
- Providing strategic administrative support across the Directorate
- Building strong relationships across the City to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Working as part of the Executive Support Hub to deliver exceptional customer service and business support outcomes

Who We’re Looking For
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Experience providing executive or senior administrative support
- The ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgement and manage competing priorities
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills and a willingness to embrace and use emerging technologies, including Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled tools
- The ability to build productive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- A professional, approachable and customer-focused attitude
- Experience working in a confidential and politically sensitive environment
- A current C Class Driver's Licence
- Local Government experience is desirable but not essential
