Working closely with an Executive General Manager and Senior Leadership Team, you'll bring exceptional organisation, sound judgement and a proactive mindset to manage priorities, drive governance and support strategic outcomes
How You'll Make an Impact
- Partner with senior leaders to maximise focus, productivity and performance.
- Manage complex priorities, schedules and competing demands with confidence and precision.
- Drive high-quality governance through meeting coordination, reporting, action tracking and executive support.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Anticipate challenges, identify risks and proactively deliver solutions.
The Capability We're Looking For
- Proven significant experience supporting senior executives in a complex corporate, government or utility environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, outcomes-focused approach with strong accountability.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Sound judgement, professionalism and discretion.
- The confidence and credibility to operate as a trusted partner to senior leaders.
