We are a fast-growing Australian plastics manufacturer supplying high-quality food packaging to some of the world's largest food producers. Our products can be found on supermarket shelves across Australia, and we pride ourselves on innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators / Packers to join our Production team.

Available Shifts

Afternoon Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Night Shift: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am

Monday to Friday

About the Role

Working in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, packing food-grade plastic packaging, conducting quality checks, and ensuring products meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
Pack food-grade plastic packaging products.
Perform quality inspections and identify product defects.
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Follow GMP, quality, and safety procedures.
Work effectively as part of a production team.
Meet production and quality targets.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for candidates with:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Experience operating machinery or working as a packer.
Experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment (highly regarded).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
Forklift licence (desirable but not essential).
GMP knowledge (highly desirable).
