We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators / Packers to join our Production team.
Available Shifts
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- Night Shift: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am
Monday to Friday
About the Role
Working in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, packing food-grade plastic packaging, conducting quality checks, and ensuring products meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Pack food-grade plastic packaging products.
- Perform quality inspections and identify product defects.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Follow GMP, quality, and safety procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a production team.
- Meet production and quality targets.
Skills & Experience
We're looking for candidates with:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience operating machinery or working as a packer.
- Experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment (highly regarded).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
- Forklift licence (desirable but not essential).
- GMP knowledge (highly desirable).
