About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Graphic Designer & Signage Production Specialist to join our growing team. This is a varied role combining graphic design, website content management, large-format printing, signage production, and general print-related tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design and be comfortable working in a production environment. Experience with signage, large-format printing, and WordPress is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

Create and modify artwork for signage, banners, vehicle graphics, workwear, and promotional products.
Prepare print-ready files and ensure artwork meets production requirements.
Operate or assist with large-format printers, laminators, and finishing equipment.
Assist with the production and installation of signage.
Update website content, products, and images using WordPress.
Liaise with customers regarding artwork approvals and design requirements.
Maintain organised project files and production schedules.
Assist with general workshop and production duties as required.

Skills & Experience

Preferred:

Experience in graphic design and artwork preparation.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
Experience with large-format printing, signage, or print production.
Familiarity with WordPress and basic website management.
Understanding of print production processes and file setup.

Also Considered:

Candidates with strong graphic design skills and a willingness to learn signage and print production.
Recent graduates with relevant qualifications.

Requirements

Full Australian working rights.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail.
Current driver's licence is an advantage.
