Reporting to the Head of Marketing & E-Commerce, you'll play a key role in the execution of creative assets across Jo Mercer and Shelly Shen. This is a hands-on role suited to a designer who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, has a strong eye for detail and enjoys seeing their work come to life across every customer touchpoint.
What you'll be doing

Design and produce creative assets across EDMs, website, social media, paid advertising, retail signage and print collateral.
- Roll out seasonal campaigns and promotional activity across all marketing channels.
- Adapt campaign imagery and creative concepts into channel-specific assets while maintaining brand consistency.
- Create website banners, landing page assets and digital marketing creative.
- Design and build EDM campaigns in line with the marketing calendar.
- Produce point-of-sale materials, signage, presentations and other print collateral.
- Retouch and prepare imagery for digital and print use.
- Assist with content creation, including photography and short-form video editing where required.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of work.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards.
About You
-
3+ years' experience in a Graphic Design role, ideally within fashion, retail or lifestyle brands.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of digital design, EDMs, website assets and social media content.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver polished, production-ready artwork.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A collaborative team player who communicates confidently and works well with stakeholders across the business.
- Experience with photography, image retouching and video editing is highly regarded.
- A genuine passion for fashion, design and visual storytelling.
