Practice Manager - Calamvale and Greenbank, QLD

ProLocum is a specialist healthcare recruitment agency partnering with dental clinics across Australia. We focus on connecting high-quality candidates with practices that align with their values, career goals, and long-term growth.

We are currently recruiting for a Practice Manager to join a growing dental group with an exciting vision for expansion.

About the Role

This is a career-building opportunity for someone who is ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow alongside the business.

You will take ownership of the front desk and play a key role in patient conversion, experience, and overall clinic success. For the right person, there is also the opportunity to step into a senior operations level position.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage front desk operations, bookings, and patient enquiries
Build strong patient relationships and deliver exceptional service
Convert enquiries into appointments and support treatment uptake
Oversee day-to-day coordination of the clinic
Support the clinic in growing the patient base and business

About You

Previous experience in dental reception or practice management
Strong communication and confidence in converting patients
Career-driven, ambitious, and eager to grow with a business
Positive attitude with a great personality and team mindset
Organised, reliable, and adaptable in a small team environment
