We are currently recruiting for a Practice Manager to join a growing dental group with an exciting vision for expansion.
About the Role
This is a career-building opportunity for someone who is ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow alongside the business.
You will take ownership of the front desk and play a key role in patient conversion, experience, and overall clinic success. For the right person, there is also the opportunity to step into a senior operations level position.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, bookings, and patient enquiries
- Build strong patient relationships and deliver exceptional service
- Convert enquiries into appointments and support treatment uptake
- Oversee day-to-day coordination of the clinic
- Support the clinic in growing the patient base and business
About You
- Previous experience in dental reception or practice management
- Strong communication and confidence in converting patients
- Career-driven, ambitious, and eager to grow with a business
- Positive attitude with a great personality and team mindset
- Organised, reliable, and adaptable in a small team environment
