Communication’s role is to assist in the taking of all incoming communications with a focus on providing assistance and scheduling. This position that reports directly to the Practice Manager and Office Leader. The role requires consistency to meet the needs of our patients and the practice and it is important the you are willing and able to follow phone scripts for excellence and consistency.
Communications performs a variety of daily tasks. You will be responsible for taking callings, assessing and responding to emails and socials, working with marketing, following leads, coordinating New Patient appointments, confirmation of appointments.
Your daily tasks will include:

Take New Patient phone calls and schedule appointments

Take Existing Patient phone calls and schedule routine check-ups or handoff to Patient Consultants

Assess and respond to emails and socials

Work with Marketing to manage leads lists

Complete lists and logs

Recall phone calls and letters
