About Everclear Pools SA

Everclear Pools SA is an award winning South Australian family owned business specialising in premium fibreglass swimming pools, pool servicing and pool supplies. We are passionate about helping South Australian families create their own backyard oasis and are proud recipients of National Business of the Year 2024 and SA Business of the Year 2024.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing & Accounts Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a varied role that combines creativity with administration and finance, making it perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and thrives in a dynamic environment.

About the Role

No two days are the same in this role.

One day you may be creating social media content, filming videos, updating our website or developing marketing campaigns using AI tools. The next, you could be processing supplier invoices, reconciling accounts, following up customer payments and supporting the day to day operations of the business.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative and administrative work and is looking for a long term opportunity within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms
Film and edit short videos for social media and marketing campaigns
Design graphics and marketing materials using Canva
Assist with website updates and content management
Utilise AI tools, including ChatGPT, to support content creation and marketing initiatives
Assist with award submissions, brochures, expos and promotional campaigns
Monitor and report on marketing performance and engagement
Ensure branding remains consistent across all platforms

Accounts & Administration

Process accounts payable and supplier invoices
Manage accounts receivable and customer payment follow up
Perform bank reconciliations and data entry
Assist with payroll administration and employee records
Maintain accurate financial and customer records
Provide general administrative support to the management team
Assist with process improvements and business administration tasks

About You

To be successful in this role you will:

Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be confident using technology and learning new systems
Have experience with social media platforms and content creation
Be comfortable working with numbers and financial data
Have experience with Canva or similar design software
Be proactive, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities
Have a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a team

Desirable Skills

Experience in accounts payable and receivable
Experience with Xero or similar accounting software
Experience creating and editing video content
Website content management experience
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT
Previous administration experience
