OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Join the Perth Heavy Haulage Team!

Due to internal staff movements, Perth Heavy Haulage is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Administrator o join our close-knit team based in Neerabup.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing family-owned transport business where no two days are the same. We offer a supportive work environment, flexibility around family commitments, and a team culture that values hard work, loyalty, and a good sense of humour.

About the Role

Your primary focus will be managing our Accounts Receivable and Debt Collection processes, while also providing general administrative support across various areas of the business.

Duties will include:

✔ Accounts Receivable and customer account management
✔ Debt collection and follow-up of outstanding invoices
✔ Filing and record keeping
✔ Assisting with compliance administration
✔ Employee and subcontractor inductions
✔ Workshop administration support
✔ Collection of parts and supplies when required
✔ General office administration duties
✔ Providing relief support to the Office Manager during periods of leave

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

✅ Previous administration experience
✅ Strong Accounts Receivable and debt collection experience
✅ Proficiency with the Xero Accounting package
✅ Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks
✅ A proactive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills
✅ A current driver's licence

Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys working as part of a team, can think on your feet, and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves and get involved.
