Due to internal staff movements, Perth Heavy Haulage is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Administrator o join our close-knit team based in Neerabup.

About the Role
Your primary focus will be managing our Accounts Receivable and Debt Collection processes, while also providing general administrative support across various areas of the business.
Duties will include:
✔ Accounts Receivable and customer account management
✔ Debt collection and follow-up of outstanding invoices
✔ Filing and record keeping
✔ Assisting with compliance administration
✔ Employee and subcontractor inductions
✔ Workshop administration support
✔ Collection of parts and supplies when required
✔ General office administration duties
✔ Providing relief support to the Office Manager during periods of leave
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
✅ Previous administration experience
✅ Strong Accounts Receivable and debt collection experience
✅ Proficiency with the Xero Accounting package
✅ Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks
✅ A proactive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills
✅ A current driver's licence
