The Role
The successful applicant would provide general administrative support to the Manager Corporate Services (MCS) and Principal in the daily operations of the school, including administering the Faults Management budget. The successful applicant would assist in coordinating a diverse range of day-to-day administrative operations with a Facilities and Assets emphasis to support the college’s administrative team whilst undertaking duties for teaching and support staff in relief coordination, payroll validation and mandatory reporting requirements, leave management and support.
The successful applicant would assist the MCS in monitoring the cleaning and gardening services and ensuring facilities, equipment, buildings and school buses are maintained and ensure school records and management information systems are accurate, up-to-date and routinely maintained. You would obtain quotations and coordinate minor works and maintenance activities, administer the faults management system and the asset and resource registers and key register. Also, you would develop and maintain effective working relationships and community networks.
