Based in Perth, youll partner with leading mining operators, EPCMs, engineering consultancies, OEMs, and maintenance contractors, delivering high-quality talent solutions across permanent and contract recruitment. What Youll Be Doing ️
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent hiring requirements within the mining and resources sector.
- Mining Talent Sourcing: Identify, engage, and attract top fixed plant and mechanical professionals across maintenance, reliability, shutdowns, projects, processing plants, ports, and infrastructure operations.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct detailed interviews to assess technical capability, site experience, cultural fit, and suitability against client requirements.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust talent pools of Mechanical Engineers, Reliability Engineers, Maintenance Planners, Shutdown Coordinators, Asset Integrity Specialists, Mechanical Supervisors, Maintenance Managers, and Trades professionals.
- Candidate Care: Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through proactive communication, career guidance, market insight, and ongoing support.
- Contractor Engagement: Maintain regular contact with contractors and placed candidates to ensure satisfaction, generate referrals, and identify future opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and manage strong relationships with mining operators, engineering consultancies, EPCMs, OEMs, and maintenance service providers across Western Australia.
- Business Development: Generate new business opportunities through networking, market intelligence, industry events, referrals, and strategic client engagement.
- Strategic Partnerships: Establish trusted advisor status with clients by understanding workforce challenges and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Desk Ownership: Manage a balanced portfolio of vacancies and qualified candidates while effectively prioritising multiple assignments.

What Were Looking For
Recruitment Expertise: Minimum 4 years
- recruitment agency experience, ideally within mining, engineering, resources, industrial, energy, or technical sectors.
- Fixed Plant Market Knowledge: Experience recruiting mechanical, maintenance, reliability, asset integrity, shutdown, or operational professionals within mining and heavy industry environments.
- Business Development Capability: Proven ability to win new clients, identify opportunities, and grow existing accounts.
- Relationship Builder: Demonstrated success building long-term partnerships with clients, candidates, and industry stakeholders.
- Commercial Mindset: Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, account management, and revenue generation.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Confident communicator able to engage effectively with professionals at all levels, from trades through to executive leadership.
