Decidr is building the infrastructure for intelligent organisations.
We enable agentic transformation for our customers through two products: DecidrOS, our Agentic Operating System that brings deterministic AI to real business workflows, and SugarWork, which helps businesses own their knowledge and capture the tacit expertise that usually walks out the door.
Together, they let leadership teams redesign how work gets done - embedding AI agents into the workflows, decisions and operating rhythms that run the business. We work alongside our customers to identify where intelligent agents create the most leverage, then design, deploy and scale agentic systems that plan, decide and execute real business work — turning AI from experiment into an operating model.
Decidr is an ASX-listed technology company scaling globally across Sydney, Singapore and New York.
