UON is a Western Australian integrated energy company providing turnkey energy and water solutions to the mining sector and beyond.

An upcoming opportunity has arisen for a Site Administrator to join our fun and supportive site-based team in regional WA on a 2:1 roster, paid fortnightly with 30% site uplift.

To be successful in this role you must possess the following key requirements:

White/Blue Card Construction.
A minimum of 3 years’ previous experience in Site Administration, preferably within the Construction or Resources industry.
Previous FIFO site-based experience.
Experience and knowledge of standard site practices and procedures.
BHP, RIO and FMG inducted (desirable)

You will be responsible for:

Management of all sites administrative requirements to ensure that UON policies and procedures and client requirements are adhered to.
Establish and maintain all registers in accordance with UON procedures and quality control frameworks.
Oversee all site-based plant and equipment servicing requirements.
Manage project deliveries including logistics and goods receipting on site.
Actioning all procurements requests for the projects team.
Attend to general incoming queries, directing them to relevant staff members where necessary.
Perform any additional tasks as required from time to time.
Ensure site offices are maintained in a neat and orderly manner.
