An upcoming opportunity has arisen for a
Site Administrator to join our fun and supportive site-based team in regional WA on a
2:1 roster, paid fortnightly with 30% site uplift.
To be successful in this role you must possess the following key requirements:
- White/Blue Card Construction.
- A minimum of 3 years’ previous experience in Site Administration, preferably within the Construction or Resources industry.
- Previous FIFO site-based experience.
- Experience and knowledge of standard site practices and procedures.
- BHP, RIO and FMG inducted (desirable)
You will be responsible for:
- Management of all sites administrative requirements to ensure that UON policies and procedures and client requirements are adhered to.
- Establish and maintain all registers in accordance with UON procedures and quality control frameworks.
- Oversee all site-based plant and equipment servicing requirements.
- Manage project deliveries including logistics and goods receipting on site.
- Actioning all procurements requests for the projects team.
- Attend to general incoming queries, directing them to relevant staff members where necessary.
- Perform any additional tasks as required from time to time.
- Ensure site offices are maintained in a neat and orderly manner.
