This is a full-time position offering long-term employment within a friendly and supportive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering phones and responding to customer enquiries
- Greeting customers and visitors
- Managing emails and general office correspondence
- Scheduling jobs and coordinating installation bookings
- Ordering materials and liaising with suppliers
- Filing, data entry, and general administrative duties
- Assisting management with day-to-day office operations
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous administration or customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone manner
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
