We are transforming an established dining destination into a vibrant, high-energy modern Asian restaurant. We are seeking a creative, hands-on, and visionary Bar Supervisor to step in, drive this refresh, and put their stamp on reshaping our cocktail menu and daily bar operations.

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Innovation: Collaborate on designing and refreshing an inventive modern Asian cocktail menu.
Bar Operations: Maintain high operational standards, manage stock control, and coordinate supplier tastings.
Team Leadership: Foster clear communication across FOH and BOH teams to ensure seamless service.
Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional, memorable guest service by anticipating needs and maintaining high energy on the floor.
Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations, NSW liquor licensing, and WHS standards.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Bar Supervisor in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
Cocktail Expertise: Deep knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirit profiles, and modern mixology techniques.
Wine & Beverage Knowledge: Solid understanding of wine varieties, food pairings, stock management, and inventory ordering.
Leadership: Strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring junior bar staff.
Certifications: RSA

Base Salary: $77,311 – $80,000 per annum + Superannuation (commensurate with experience).
