We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender to join our Front of House team. You will play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences, bringing warmth, professionalism and a passion for exceptional drinks and service to every interaction.

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.

Create classic and signature cocktails while maintaining consistency and quality.

Deliver warm, professional, and knowledgeable service to all guests.

Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar.

Manage stock levels, assist with inventory, and minimise waste.

Ensure compliance with RSA requirements and responsible service of alcohol.

Process orders accurately using the POS system.

Work collaboratively with the restaurant floor and kitchen teams to provide seamless service.

Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.

Previous experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant, bar, or hospitality venue.

Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

A positive attitude with a strong team-focused approach.

Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
