Key Responsibilities
- To actively supervise a team of warehouse staff, either directly or via senior specialists including but not limited to rostering, task allocation, and performance monitoring, while also developing team member capabilities through training, coaching, and key performance indicator alignment.
- To ensure compliance with Aviation Security, Dangerous Goods Handling, Freight Stowage, and all other regulatory requirements.
- To actively manage warehouse processes, assets and equipment, ensuring security, safety, and maintenance standards are upheld ensuring goods are received, stored, loaded, and delivered safely, on time, and in good condition.
- To ensure that the facility is maintained in a safe and clean manner at all times, promoting a safety first culture in line with occupational health and safety requirements and best practices.
- To monitor the day-to-day operations of the team to provide smooth logistics operations, supporting other team members, as required and providing backup for absence/peaks in operational activities.
- To detect issues, identify opportunities and implement practices focusing on delivering site improvement and enhanced productivity, promoting continuous improvement by recommending, developing and implementing smarter processes, procedures, and work systems.
Key Accountabilities:
- To achieve all service targets/key performance indicators including but not limited to cut-offs, quality, and compliance.
- To ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and company standards, including Aviation Security and Dangerous Goods certification and all other relevant regulations.
- To ensure that all team members are appropriately trained and certified to complete the tasks asked of them, including always wearing PPE and acting in a safety first manner.
- To ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
- Work closely with supervisors and cross-functional departments to ensure company standards, operational objectives, and customer service expectations are consistently met.

- Full right to work in Australia – No sponsorship
- Minimum 2 years' proven experience leading and managing teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Willingness to work a 4-day roster – 1 day weekend / 3 days week (37.5hr equivalent).
- Forklift licence 2 years’ experience preferred
- Forecast daily and weekly workloads and manage a 7-day roster to ensure operational requirements, productivity targets, and service levels are consistently achieved.
