To continue this success, we are hiring for a Sales Support Coordinator's role. In this role you will play a critical role in supporting the Sales team by providing administrative, reporting, customer onboarding, retailer management, digital shelf management, and sales operations support.

This role ensures the smooth execution of customer plans, promotional activities, retailer compliance requirements, reporting processes, and the maintenance of key sales systems and documentation.

The position acts as a central coordination point between Key Account Managers (KAMs), Area Sales, Operations, Finance, and external retail partners to drive efficiency, accuracy, and execution excellence across the business.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage retailer systems, product information, pricing updates, and customer administration.
Coordinate retailer documentation, onboarding activities, and account setup requirements.
Support sales reporting, forecasting, business planning, and customer presentations.
Maintain digital shelf content, ensuring accurate and consistent online product information.
Provide operational support through sales coordination, sample management, reporting, file maintenance, and onboarding activities.

Qualifications:

About you:

Experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, Customer Service, or a similar commercial support role.
Strong administrative, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
FMCG or retail experience preferred, with knowledge of retailer portals, customer systems, ecommerce, or digital shelf management.
