About the role
At Ryman we don't just care for our residents — we care about them. Kindness is in our DNA and we have a saying: Everything we do has to be good enough for mum and dad, which we think is a really high standard. Our nurse to resident ratio is perfectly balanced as we believe the best care is built on connections with our residents, their families and our team.
Based at our beautiful Weary Dunlop Retirement Village in Wheelers Hill you will use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app - and all your nursing and people skills to:
- Ensure compassionate and excellent quality care is provided to all residents in our General Care Unit
- Coordinate, motivate and develop your team
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Provide support to your Clinical Manager
We have a full-time role available working Tuesday - Saturday 0800 - 1600.
About you
To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in-charge or within a previous nursing leadership role
- The ability to lead, share knowledge and motivate your team
Kindness, compassion and drive to deliver first class care to our residents
