WSP’s Mine Advisory team supports some of Australia’s most innovative mining projects, delivering industry-leading advisory and project management solutions. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join our team and support a broad range of projects.

As a Senior Project Coordinator you'll:

Contribute to the successful delivery of projects in line with Project Management best practices while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Prepare, monitor, and update project delivery documentation, including project management plans, risk registers, and HSE documentation
Draft intercompany agreements and facilitate approvals in line with internal processes
Support the development and maintenance of project delivery plans, including contributing to monthly project reviews
Take ownership of key project financial activities, including budget, forecasting, variance analysis, invoicing, raising purchase orders
Maintain and update project schedules to ensure alignment with project milestones and client expectations
Support project change management processes, including variations and updates to scope and documentation
Coordinate mobilisation, logistics, travel, and document control with project administration teams
Contribute to the preparation and ongoing management of health and safety documentation
Assist in the preparation of proposals, tenders, and other ad hoc project documentation
Act as a representative of the project team when engaging with internal and external stakeholders

What you'll bring:

Strong financial management experience including budgeting, forecasting, and project controls
Previous experience in a project management environment
Experience within the Mining industry preferable
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well within a team environment and autonomously
